The Sandwich

This is a very basic magic trick with cards and it shows you several of the required techniques to do several other card tricks magic.

First of all, it shows you “the peek.” It’s an elegant way to look at the bottom card as you’re shuffling the deck done with fluid hand motions. This leads us to “the key card.” Once you know what the bottom card is, then you will know that the card next to the key card is the one your spectator selected.

The magic of this is that it really can be any card in the deck and as long as you keep your hands on the important card, this is a very easy trick to perform.
